Re: Ice Cream Wedding Cake

Dairy Bell definitely do them and so does Carousel. I kept passing and was debating whether to do it myself. We ended up going cheesecake which also needed refrigerating. Just have them set the cake out just before you enter the reception do the cutting as soon as you walk in before you sit then the...

Looking for boot/shoe maker

Hi girls Need a bit of help every winter I'm on the hunt for a pair of boots that actually fit and never find it. I've pretty much given up. All I want is a pair of knee high boots with a bit of a heel nothing special but just can't seem to find any that fit my calves. I've tried elasticised and the...

Re: Videographer - is it worth it?

We had one done and so glad we did. I think our videographer captured the day and our moods better than the photographer. We got a one hour video done and am absolutely ecstatic the way it turned out. My sister didn't want one when she got married but mum went ahead and organised one for her so they...

Re: HELP! Choosing Bridesmaids!!

I say do what you want to do and who you will have the most fun with on the day. When we were getting married everybody thought i'd have my younger cousin as a bridesmaid. Well I didn't not because we're not close or anything just because I wanted my friends there with me the people that have suppor...

Re: Navy bridesmaid dress

Unfortunately I don't have a photo on my computer but we wore navy dresses for my sister's wedding they were very dark to the point my dad thought they were black but once we added our accessories and some bright coloured flowers (we used orange, yellow, pink roses) it bought out the colour even mor...

Don't know the purpose of this question but my guess is getting stray bits of hair out of the brides necklace.

Re: How did you choose your Wedding Portrait?

I know my mum wants an old fashioned one with us smiling lovey dovey at each other or the camera as that's what she picked for both my brother and sister's photo's and i'm almost 100% sure that's what the in-laws want as well but they give nothing away. I showed them the proofs and they were oh thes...

Re: How did you choose your Wedding Portrait?

Thanks girls I think you've helped me decide on the one for us still not sure on the parents ones though. I'll have to sift through them again. I'd love to see more choices of what people picked though all your photo's are beautiful.

How did you choose your Wedding Portrait?

Part of our Photography packaged included 3 portraits one for us and one for each of our parents.
We have pretty much decided what we want in our album but can't decide on our portraits. How did you decide which picture to choose? Was there anything that made you pick a certain picture?

Re: Who is or did go on your location shoot?

We had parents, brothers, sisters and immediate aunts and uncles at first location shoot for family photo's. They were welcome to stay at that location with us after photo's were taken but when we left for second location they left and went for early drinks and my parents place.

Re: Child 'thrown from Melbourne West Gate Bridge'

I don't understand how someone can do something like that to anyone let alone their own child when their are so many people out their that can't have them. No matter what dispute they were having to do something like that he must have mental problems. It's the most horrible thing I have heard of esp...

The thing most disturbing is they say their were another 2 kids in the car as well.
It's a sick world we live in. :(

Good on you having the guts to do it. I still haven't been for mine. I'm dying to cut it but don't know how. My hair has looked the same for about 10 years. The colour has been the same for about 21 years just a few various shades of red but thats about it. I feel like just going in to my hairdresse...

I was going to say Floraland as well. I've been in the actual store and they've got everything you can think of. Check the on-line store otherwise give them a call i'm sure they can help you.
