Marriage certificate is fine as long as it has been issued by Birth, Deaths and Marriages (in Australia).

If you have had any name changes between birth and marriage, you should take it along.

We have been married since May and we still have our own separate accounts. We take out the same amount of money each week and put it in our money bucket for groceries. We pay our half of the electricity and gas bill when it arrives. We still pay our own phone bills and pay our share of rent separat...

I was just at the post office on Thursday to submit my application form. To change your passport in your married name, you need to complete the 'new passport application' form for Adult (this includes getting someone to fill in the guarantor section and sign your photo and showing all your documents...

I will have my maiden name on my passport when we go on our honeymoon overseas a few months after we plan to get married... There's no way I would get another passport as a.) I will still have 3 years left on it and 2.) its expensive! They will issue a gratis passport if you apply within 12 months ...

My brothers have FamilyName GenName GivenName EnglishName on their birth certificates etc. I have FamilyName GenName GivenName on my birth certificate. I don't know how western names work but I've noticed that parents like to give their kids their name or middle name as a middle name........ For instance, my FIL's middle name is John and DH's middle name is John too.......DH tells me that it's not the reason....I think I'll ask MIL....... My ex bes...

Not sure how they decide on it but I have a chinese generational name if that's what you wanna call it. Most chinese names consist of 3 characters - Last name, middle character, third character. Generally it's the middle character that's the 'generational' character. My grandma only had 2 characters...
