Re: Are you getting a Brazilian for the wedding

Re: Are you getting a Brazilian for the wedding

Yep Brazilian Butterfly is the best.
I've never had one anywhere else, but I've never understood the big deal about the pain so obviously they must be quite good!

Re: How to word...

That sounds great :) Thank you :) I was considering taking the confetti line out anyway so that's great that someone else doesn't think I need it. I liked them together but I wasn't sure if they had to be seperated into "Transport" or "accomodation" sections or something... but t...

Re: Vote for Your Favourite ‘Kate Inspired’ Wedding Dress Design

I loved 6 and 11.
But I agree, i don't think she will wear anthing strapless. It is still a royal wedding, even if it is 2011.

Can't wait to watch it though!

Re: boudoir photography - 2

Yea of all the necklaces I took, the pearl one was definitely used the most. Hehe sneaky sneaky wearing his shirt. I had to talk my FH out of wearing his to work that morning, made him wear another one. I said it looked dirty and that I'd rewash it; the things we do :) Well done on the weight loss, ...

A box of photos is a nice idea, but I have a feeling they might just sit in the box if you know what I mean (or maybe not ;) ) Hehe, yep I know what you mean. Bet you can't wait for you...

Re: boudoir photography - 2

Tiffanyblue, I just emailed my photographer asking the same question... I thought a big canvas might be a bit much but would be the most "useful" after the wedding... an album is good on the day but i was also thinking a nice box with a pile of photos inside...although boys may not appreci...

Re: Anyone made their own veil?

I did, well my mum did. We just bought some tulle from spotlight, did big gathering stiches acros the top and attached it to a specific comb, also bought at spotlight.
My Mum sewed a few beads on the bottom and voila!
There are some great you tube tutorials for more detailed instructions...

Re: Centrepieces...HELP!

Thanks, Dan! Yep I mamaged to get a heap of crystals and some really cute "love" Xmas tree danglies, as well as 12 vases all for just over $100. I had never originally budgeted for centrepieces (the venue no longer supplies them) so trying to scrape another $100 into my budget doesn't soun...

Re: Centrepieces...HELP!

Thanks everyone! I have looked into using natural branches from my parents backyard (they have a half acre block backing onto a national park). We did this for our engagement party, and sprayed them gold and they looked fantastic which gave me the idea of doing it in a more fancy way for the wedding...
