Re: Canberra - Part 3

ANU is a good idea! $1,500 seemed pretty standard when I looked around, so hopefully you can find something a bit cheaper!

Re: November Weight Loss Thread

I'm getting married this month eeeekkk!!! So time to be super good. I'm feeling a little stressed so some days I'm eating alot and some days I'm hardly eating at all! I'm trying to be prepared and organise all my lunches in advance. This week I cooked up a big wholeweat pasta with chicken breast and...

Re: October Weight Loss Thread

Good idea, any excuse to get out of cooking ;) It's probably out of the way but the Waurn Ponds one is also very good. I used to go there when we lived in Newtown then when we moved the Bell Park one was closer. I never really went in peak time so never had any trouble with equipment or such. Def t...

Re: September Weight Loss Thread

Picked up my dress today! Yay! I can't lose much more weight because it fits so perfectly! So instead I'm going to focus on toning my arms and stomach and just making everything nice and firm.\

Re: September Weight Loss Thread

I think what I eat seems to make just as much difference to me as how much I eat. I always try and stick to around 1300 calories a day but if I eat a chocolate bar every day even if I account for the calories the weight just doesn't seem to move very fast if at all, but if I replace those calories w...

Re: August Weight Loss Thread

My fh loves the paleo diet! What you said is right, it's like "cave man" eating, so no processed foods, high protein diet. No rice, no pasta, no corn, no sugar, no grains, nothing processed. My fh lost 2kg in a week on it, he does it every now and again to kick start his weightloss when he...

Re: July Weight Loss Thread

Yea, I dont bother logging if I'm eating the same food that I ate earlier in the week as I tend to do because I eat alot of leftovers so it's the same calories! Sometimes I only eat 1200 but I figure as long as I eat atleast this then I'm fine. :)

Re: Weight watchers or lite and easy?

I did Lite n Easy and found it very convienent. I took the food out of the bowls and put it on a plate so when I went back to cooking my own food I could match the portion sizes. I lost 3 kilos on it and thought the food was pretty tasty. It's also good because you dont really need any willpower bec...
