So far I have walked to work - 25 min brisk walk.

I am going to a 60minute body pump class after work @ 5:30pm.

Just wondering if anyone has tried the slim organic pasta? apparently its made of konjac instead of wheat and is really low cal (like 11 cal a serve). I personally think it is easier for your guests if you state what the dress code is. That way you take the guessing game out and people know what to wear.
