Just weighed in- lost 1.9kg since last time I looked (sort of mid/end April) So I'm pretty pleased with that. Now if I get my diet sorted, imagine how good the results will be! Yay! :bdance: :bdance:

Congratulations!

Re: Best Coffee (at home)

Thanks Miss Em, I've been getting the L'Or ones and they are nice, I still prefer the Nespresso ones but they are easier to buy.

Thanks KG's girl - I have tbought the Gloria Jeans ones and they didn't fit in our machine :(

Re: Best Coffee (at home)

I think the same, I got a coffee at uni the other day and it was $3.50 (for a small) and hmmm I prefer our one at home! Do you know by any chance if the Aldi pods fit in a Nespresso machine? My cousin loves the chai ones so I really want to try them. I know its not a huge cost but I have already bou...

Re: Best dishwasher tablets/powder?

I buy the Powerball (or whatever they're called!) Finish tablets, they are on sale quite often on GroceryRun so I stock up and they last surprisingly well. I do use Rinse Aid most washes too, they are great for glasses etc.

My beep test result from the first week was 2.5. I got 4.4 yesterday. Still not overly fabulous, but it's something! I've never been good at running

Congratulations! What a great improvement :D

Re: April Weight Loss thread

I can't believe we are already half way through the month! How is everyone going? I had my first game of hockey over the weekend, feeling ok today but bracing myself to be sore tomorrow! I had a bit of a lazy weekend otherwise, which was good in a lot of ways but felt a bit blah not doing anything a...

Oh that's okay babe, nah, it doesn't need to be closed first. I meant to close it last week and I was hardly around. These trackies are SO comfy. I don't know if he'll get them back. I now even fit into his t-shirts, so all his bummy ones are getting double the wear  I think I'm just going to ...

Re: Which do you prefer? - STD's

I prefer the first one, my only suggestion would to maybe make the date larger and the poem part smaller? The date and your names are the most important parts so you want them to stand out :)

Re: March Weight Loss Thread

I find chicken a lot more filling than tuna, so if I have a salad, I pop in some chicken breast, two boiled eggs and all the boring stuff:P Otherwise, for filling me up, I've taken to eating Lite Cruskits and Philedelphia Lite as well. Sandwiches aren't too bad if you avoid white bread (which I don...
