i still seem to be gaining weight, not just muscle i can tell the difference :(
i have stopped using MFP because logging my food hasnt made a difference.
pretty demotivated right now but also just dont care. maybe june will be better?

Ok so everything is looking ok I just need to get the polyp removed as it will just keep getting bigger, i have an appointment with a dietitian next week too to try and sort my digestive issues, so apart from my high grade cells being monitored closely (check up for that in 6 months) everything else...

I also think its fantastic to spread awareness.

She may have just unknowingly saved countless lives, people who never thought of having an exam done before might now get one, people considering against getting a mastectomy may now get one...

I'm not too bad today :) my legs are a bit sore from that unexpected hill.

I have another doctor appt today with more tests but I might go to the gym tonight and loosen up my leg muscles with another run.
