I weighed myself and only lost half a kg (500gms) it may be because I am carrying extra body weight - fluid retention, its nearly that time of the month?

I think if you stick to 1200 - 1500 calories per day & drink 2 litres of water the weight will come off - 5 years ago over a 1.5 year period I went from 110 kgs to 65 kgs eating that calorie range with no exercise & just eating lean cuisines but I find the lite n easy dinners a lot better now.

I lost 6 kgs in August... Hope to lose another 15 kgs by Xmas... I'm finding the online automatic calorie counter on http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ fantastic... I'm sticking to 1500 calories a day & feeling great. I'll start the gym soon to tone my body and improve my fitness level.

I started the July challenge 3 weeks ago at 116 kgs & am currently 110 kgs - 6kgs loss in 3 weeks.

My goal is to aim for 70 kgs.

Here is a photo of a 110 kg women & the goal of 70 kgs in a simulator - I am 5'6 in height.

Thanks for all the healthy tip ladies, but I think I will stick to eating the lite n easy dinners at night time as it is simple to order and there is lots of variety - that way I don't have to weigh food and count calories.
