Our venue did up a menu of 6 choices for entree and 6 for mains, and guests chose on the night. It will depend what your venue are happy to do, and how many guests you have (I had 48, so for the chef it was just like a busy normal night with fewer dishes).

I'm with RACQ, but I have everything with them - house, contents, pets, and roadside assistance so it works out pretty cheap. I recently had a claim and they were great to deal with, very easy.

I washed mine the night before- I would go with what your hairdresser said, everyone has different hair, after 15 months and a trial I would imagine she would know what she has to do with it.
