Re: Would you confront friend?

Goodness, if you had a falling out and you hardly speak anymore and she hates your FH then I can see why she's not going to go (why on earth would you invite someone like that :)) I'd be cautious about not contacting people who haven't RSVPd - their note might have got lost in the mail or it might ...

Re: Who has a slowcooker??

How do you all make such nice meals?

I think mine is broken by the sounds of things, it had never cooked anything nice even following the recipe and everything.

Re: White gold rings

Depending on where you go replating ranges from free (jewlleres where you got the ring from only some do this) to $55 (MH was by far the dearest, for our three rings to get done was $60 each JUST for replating)

Re: Ring warming ceremony

We're doing this as I think the candle/sand type ceremonies that people have are stupid  IMO anyway We're going to tie ours with ribbon, and I think its a lovely idea. It was our celebrant's idea to use ribbon and mine to use the ribbon that our favours were tied with, everyone loved it

Re: Ask the DJ

We use wavepad its great and easy to use, I mainly use it for my ringtones  Hubby uses it for when he is doing websites ect

IMOH just be careful when cutting and pasting songs that it still sounds OK and not like it has been edited (if that makes sense)

Re: What is OP steak?

Steak - Beef OP Rib (500g)
Tender MSA graded beef on the bone cut thick for the serious meat eater (1 piece). Seal 4 mins each side on high heat. Lower heat on the BBQ or remove and place in the oven at 180 C, 10 min for rare, 15 min of medium and 20 min well done.

This is what I found on goggle

Re: Recommendations for dress makers in Melbourne/ Victoria??

Heather Sellick. She is right up there with Pam Nelson, as one of the best. She altered my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was in earlier this year and it still look brand new even after she had taken it apart. I second this, she altered my dress and it was AMAZING (she also said it was one to thi...

Re: RSVP disappointment!

We also ended up paying for 5 people that didnt show up - lets just say that those 5 people we are no longer friends with. Surely people have the decency to RSVP a NO instead of letting you pay for them on the day, if they didnt want to come they should have just said so. Do you have a back up list...
