I think that if you love the idea, then go for it. Personally I don't want to have balloons, but can't see why you can't have them. :D

Re: Sing along songs needed

Grease mega mix always gets people singing along! :D I know it always makes me sing. It depends on your mix of people attending the wedding as well. My family aren't posh in anyway and our wedding is going to be pretty relaxed, so we're thinking some Cold Chisel, John Farnham and other Austral...

Re: hair and makeup trials :(

I haven't had a trial done for either hair or makeup yet. My hairdresser is doing my hair and I trust her, so I'm not worried about that. I think it's going to be $60 for the trial. The makeup is a different story. I've organised the makeup artist but haven't had a trial yet. I'm planning on doing t...

Re: Bridesmaids Dresses- HELP!!

We got my BM's dresses on Chapel street in a shop called Swish, they were shorter than tea length but they have a lot of other cocktail style dresses there. Prices range from expensive to not so expensive as well. The girls ended up paying $149 for their dresses. Good luck. :D

Re: Looks like we're moving - Need help from the Adelaide girls

I used to live in Adelaide when I went to uni and have just been down for a long weekend. There are some awesome new developments happening in Adelaide at the moment and you will be able to get a 3 bedroom place for 500k easy. A friend of mine just bought a 3 bedroom place in Woodville East/Brompton...
