Re: April 2009

We're at 2.30 and I have to be on time because we're having a mass and if we plan on any photos in the light(and then)/sunset we need to be on time and in town before sunset which is at 5.30 on the 17th. We moved the ceremony forward half an hour just for the photos. I am sure I will run late thoug...

Re: April 2009

Im a 330/4pm ceremony. telling everyone 330 but not planning on arriving until 4pm. I wanted to allow for those late comers (usually me and FH lol). Is this the norm? I was wondering this too. We are having a 3pm ceremony and I am normally very punctual so it will kill me to be late. But I know our...

Re: Bored with my hair!

Is he against all fringes or just the blunt ones? I think it'd look really nice with a side-swept fringe and a few layers. I agree with this. A 'fringe' to most guys is the very blunt cut, short fringe. I bet he wouldnt mind a sweeping fringe, similar to what you have but more so. If that makes sen...

Re: What to do with your engagement ring during ceremony??

Yeah ok, so it was kinda like I thought. God AW is great, I have been thinking about this for weeks and you gals give me answers in minutes!! :D Now I think about it, Heavenly melody is right; I think straight after the ceremony it's all about hugs and The Dress. Then later in the night, when things...

What to do with your engagement ring during ceremony??

I don't know if this is a stupid question; but I keep wondering, during the actual ceremony - what do you do with your engagement ring? Now, I know that the 'order' of the rings once onthe finger is meant to be wedder at the base and e-ring cloer to the knuckle (if that makes sense). So, during the ...

Re: gift for my bride......help plz :)

That is really lovely, it is traditional that the groom gets the bride a gift, but I dont think many grooms know about it! I dont know if mine does! A common gift is a bunch of flowers sent to the bride whilst she is getting hair and makeup done. However, I have a had a bride tell me that alt...

Re: Whats everyone planning for valentines day?

My FH is having his bucks party on V Day. I didn't even twig which date it was until a couple of his mates had to RSVP 'no' because their girlfriend's/wives wouldn't let them go due to it being Valentines Day! I think that's a bit harsh (but serves him right for not being more romantic and or...
