Re: Sottero & Midgley - Where to buy?

I've never heard of anywhere selling genuine Sottero/ Sottero & Midgeley dresses for $400 AUD. They'd have to be replicas.

As MP said check out bridalgown.net. Genuine dresses and a good rep. WC members have been buying from them for years.

Re: Waxing

4 days beforehand would be enough. I get waxed regularly including legs, brows, underarms and all off brazilian. It can be uncomfortable but it's bearable. I take Mersyndol Day Strength before going. The important thing is to go to a good specialist waxing salon.

I agree with Kate, there's still time to buy off the rack or second hand.

This is why it's important to do your research on online dressmakers before ordering  :)

I got the ones I wanted to frame printed by a pro lab. There's NO COMPARISON between those and the photo kiosk prints.

I had mine made so both layers detached (as I wanted the choice). However in the end I just took the whole thing off.

Re: Back-up wedding dress?

I don't think it's at all necessary. There have been hundreds of people on here with lace wedding dresses and I have never heard of lace being damaged in transit.
