Green berries (for in wedding flower arrangements)

Thu Aug 09, 2012 11:05 pm

Just wondering if anyone knows the name of any green berries available at this time of the year? (Actually needed in 3 weeks time)

or something similar to white or pink snowberries. I'm desperately after a flower bud or berry to match a cottage/garden theme (so not native looking) in white/pink/purple or green.

Thanks x

Have you tried asking a florist?
Am not sure where in the country you are, but Sydney largest flower market is in Flemington & open I think Mon-Sat. Go there early & see whats available at the moment.

Try something called a green hypericum berry.

They are available in winter and your florist should be able to get their hands on them, or try your local flower market.
Hope that helps!
