Has anyone used Eric Brown Bridal

Postby Belle8 on Wed Sep 19, 2007 12:39 pm

Hi it just wanted to know if anyone has used Eric Brown Bridal, have you bought from them before? Do you have there office no.?

I have bought a dress from them actually all my dresses and with less than 3 weeks till the wedding the dresses still havent arrived. I was told they were sent last week and they would arrive on Monday, then on Monday afternoon after countless emails and phone calls i finally got an email saying they were sent on Monday and would arrive by Thurs.
time?

From a very worried bride to be.

Oh Bugger, I cant really help with their service in particular... but just wanted to say that I would walk in and stand in front of them and ask for answers, it is much easier for them lie on the phone or via email. A bit more difficult if you are standing right there!!!

BUMMER - I only have the email address too. I just checked back from some old emails I received from him, earlier in the year, when I was enquiring about a gown. But they haven't put their phone number at the bottom or anything - DOH !!

Is the phone number listed in their Weekend Shopper advert??? That is where I first came across this website. I may recall a mobile number in the advert - but not sure.

Good luck

Sorry belle for making your life a little bit miserable.

I am a little bit drunk and can't believe i said that and caused an uproar.

I am also sorry to the team at eric brown. I am solely responsible for my actions and truly sorry. My friend just pulled my up and saw what I wrote and knocked some sense into me.

I read the statement that the girl made, I am NOT an employee. They would never in their right mind employ anyone like me. They are too good of people to do that.

I am also sorry to all the women who have read my bitchiness words. I can only hope you will forgive me. I do hope that belle can forgive me too.

Please forgive me

Does the fact that spicy9808 only joined today and has made 2 posts, both fairly tart replies to this thread make anyone else suspicious? Or is it just me?

Do you work for them or something, or do you just over-react normally :P Seriously, belle8 was just saying her gown hadn't arrived with 3 weeks till the wedding (which is definitely reason for worry), no need to jump down her throat

Belle may be a different person as she states that she brought all of her dresses, not won them. How would you know if she won them unless she stated it to you or you worked for them, I am a little confused as there is conflicting information here. Regardless of fires etc, it would be normal for her to stress anyway with only 3 weeks to go.
