I found out that one of the flavours we can have for our wedding cake is mint chocolate - which I absolutely love! Just a bit unsure about having this for our cake since it isn't traditional. Do you think it would be weird if we had mint chocolate and marble? Would you like this? Or should we just pick something more normal?
As a cake decorator with over 35 mud cake flavours, I can tell you that choc mint is really popular. Have what you want, if you are worried about it being popular with your guests, have it as your smaller tier with the marble the bigger one. Otherwise don't worry, it is lovely.
