Oh M2M, sorry to hear you had a cr@ppy day and wasn't feeling well.
It's hard, your tired ALL THE TIME, your sick ALL THE TIME, and your emotions are on high alert ALL THE TIME. People who arn't pg don't know and don't care how you feel... and people who have been forgot what it was like when they were in those early stages.
You apoligised for your behaviour and tried to make things good.... it's your mum who is having the issues not you. She will get over it don't worry.
You just try and get some rest, drink lots of water, and try to snack when you can. Do you like tea? If so grab some ginger tea and have that when you are feeling icky... but remember to check any other herbal teas you have first! some can bring on premature labour (this goes for some skin car products with natural essintal oils in them)
