Haha I loved days like at work. I miss working. I wish day care were cheaper so that it was actually worth working!! If I put Christopher in day care, my wages would cover it but not much else so there's no point.

Tara, I think you need to sneak into the bathroom and try your dress on. And then take lots of photos to show us :P

Postage to australia is quite expensive, about 50 dollars so we asked her to take photos of the sample rather than send it to us.
Seems like she can do whatever colours you want as well.

Thanks heaps Jess

No worries!

NWR This one is for the lawyer and police lady in our midst :P

I got one of those scam letters in the mail but it has abit more detail than I'm used to. Very long letter short is there's an attorny in spain saying his client died and the bank is going to seize her unclaimed money as she has no next of kin and since we have the same last name he wants me to claim it and split it with him.
I'm aware it's some sort of scam but when I told my mum about it she said I should forward it onto the police and I'm wondering if I should do that or if it's a waste of their time.

If the letter originated outside of Australia, then it is the domain of the Australian Federal Police (there is an office in every capital city)...In your case, there has been no offence committed YET, but obviously they intend to comit fraud if they can find someone gullible enough. In all honesty, the AFP would probably not be interested, unless the person behind this is defrauding millions....which you would assume they aren't...That's just my professional opinion...

Why thank you police lady :P I'll bin it then. Out of curiosity, are those ladies single parents? I'm just wondering if you get those entitlements if you have a partner earning also. I would be so happy to get back to work. I've only worked in retail so it's not a career or anything but just to get out of the house every once and awhile and talk to adults again! And the freedom money gives you, I reeeeeeeally miss that haha.

wellllll ladies... me and my dress are off home well to FIL's place which is where the dress will be stored.

So my next questions is HOW should I store it.

FMIL went and bought some white sheets to cover it with and she was thinking alternating between laying it down on a spare bed and it being hung up in the closest... but i am worried about it discoloring.. It has to be stored for over a year....

Photos, photos!! I've heard that wrapping a dress in acid free tissue paper helps to stop your dress from discolouring.
It needs to be PH-neutral.
