Ok I made it my new years resolution to lose weight, not for the wedding, for ME this time. I don't want my kids to see their mum yoyo diet like my mum did (which is where I believe my body issues started) I want them to see a healthy happy mummy who eats well and looks after herself, leading by example.
Fortunately, Daniel is now also taking this seriously, I think he saw the determination in my face
and he is being amazingly helpful and is now actually eating salad. He in no way needs to lose weight but salads never hurt anyone and generally if he is naughty I use him as an excuse!
I want to hit below 70 before the end of Jan (about 3-4 kilos I THINK I will stand on my Wii in a moment) I also have a set of "goal" shorts. They fit, and I can zip them up, but I look like a huge rolly sausage, so my aim is to look good in them! (I will also upload a pic of me in my shorts to face the reality of it all
I already love exercise but sadly I love eating just as much!
I am going to TRY and update as much as possible, and I am going to use Calorie King to track myself, I was going to join WW but they are way to expensive and Calorie King does pretty much the same thing!
