Ok, so it's about 12 months until our wedding, which means it's time for me to get my ar*e into gear and lose some weight!
Let's start at the beginning - I'm 25 and currently weight 101kgs. I'm somewhere in between an 16-20 (depending on the brand). And I've had enough of being 'fat'. I've always been a big girl, but I've let myself go and this year I really want to turn things around.
This is me at a wedding last January (as you can tell, I wasn't really in the mood for having my photo taken):

Ideally, I'd like to lose about 25 kilos, but honestly I'd be happy with 10-15kg. It's been a long time since I was under 100kgs so even that would be nice!
I'm aiming to go to the gym at least 3 times a week and eat better, I'm giving up smoking as of today and FH and I are going to try and do 'big-shops', rather than grocery shops every two to three days, or just being lazy and getting take away.
I will 'officially' weigh in later today - I don't trust my scales at home as FH's 5 year old likes to play with them and make herself weight 100kgs, so I'll weigh in at the gym. I'll aim to update my weight details at least once a month so I can track how I'm going.
