Well done on the loss!!
In terms of food, I find it helps if you have a meal plan, and also have food prepared that can be divided into individual portions and put in the freezer. Also having your fruit/vegies etc available (so shopping once a week for everything you'll need) means you should have no excuse to get takeaway!
We have things like bolognaise sauce (to eat with vegies, not pasta), chilli
con carne, soups, meat cut into portions, meat cut into strips for stirfry etc. It takes part of the hassle out of cooking at night
