I used to do that too!!! Now I tend to grab the 10 in everything and will them all to fit.. haha sometimes they do and sometimes no such luck!!
A win for me, went powerwalking last night and broke into a jog for parts of it! certainly feeling it today. It is weird cos pre-injury I could run for hours and hours and loved it but that 10-15mins last night has left me feeling wrecked!

But I bought new stuff- can't resist the end of season 2 for $10 deals   And they obviously don't fit, like falling off my shoulders and stuff. May have to get creative with the sewing machine :D Waiting for my brain to have it's lightbulb moment....

And I had to laugh, went out for lunch with FSIL yesterday and she asked if FH (her brother) had put me in the dryer cos I've shrunk  Love it!

Good job! It's so nice when people notice. :D

Well I went to gym last night, feeling a little sore today. Will go again tonight. And have been eating really well the last couple of days. I'm going to try and stay off the scales until the end of the month and hopefully will see a big drop.

I didn't even give it a thought, I think because I havent been involved before. Next time I will if it hasnt been started :)

I love it when people notice how much weight you have lost, it makes the all effort completely worth it.

I made it through morning tea without having anything too naughty-just a 2 cm piece of homemade chocolate and peppermint fudge. Everyone was trying to get me to try all these yummy homemade things but I didn't cave. Pretty proud of myself! Off to the gym tonight for my work out, quite looking forward to it.

Has anyone tried the new CX30 les mills class at their gym??

Thanks Manda, that is good to know. I am usually an attack girl too, although haven't done it in a while. Have heard only great things about cx30. Can't wait to try it on Saturday!

Went to the gym again last night. Feeling lighter already since Monday, but I'm determined not to get on the scales until the end of the month!

It'll be more challenging tonight as we have friends coming over for dinner and drinks, but I'll try to stick to healthy food, and only a couple of glasses of wine.

Lol, let's just say that's my plan at the moment. Whether I get there or not will be another matter! Normally I can't stay off the scales for more than a few days, but I'm hoping if I can last til the end of the month, then I'll see a nce big drop.

Well it's been 3 weeks since I was sick and 3 weeks since I have eaten bad food so inlet loose a little today. Probably had about 1600 cals which doesn't doesbt sound like much but I have only been having 900 a day so it's a big difference!
Hoping to get right back on track in the morning!

I've also revised my goal to 62 down from 65!

Haha, that is too funny Manda. FH always says us women are never happy  !

Good luck cj!

I had a reasonably good weekend when it comes to food. Yesterday I had a couple of treats at an afternoon tea for FBIL's birthday. Went to the gym on Saturday morning and tried out the new CX30 class, WOW it was awesome! I am sooooo sore today but in a good way.

I always find it so much easier to follow my routine during the week than on the weekend so hopefully another good week to come! I am going to try and hold off getting on the scales until Friday *fingers crossed* there has been a loss!

Good luck for the new week ladies.

Ha ha, women are never happy when it comes to their body! Good job though, sounds like you're doing great. And nice work on revising your goal down further, I'm sure you'll get there too!

So true, the weeks are much easier than the weekend. I'm very focused during the week, but always slip up a little on the weekends. It's hard when you're socialising with friends and out for dinner with a few wines!

Good luck for the week ahead. I've still managed to stay off those scales!

Thanks B2b77! I feel great! I love that all my clothes are loose, not that i have to buy more though! lol

Trained this morning and burnt 845 cals! Had the west tigers in there so a little bit of eye candy and some muscle around makes me work harder! lol

Weighed in at 65.7kgs this week! 0.7 from my first goal! My reward will be a massage when i clear 65!
