A few of my friends have started looking into this and a few years back i remember paying a crazy amount of money to have my blood tested but the stupid plan they put me on was not sustainable. My friend just took out red meat (as it was an avoid food for her blood type) and she lost 2.4kgs in 1 week... with just 1 change.... she has previously been dieting and working out so this wasnt a first week weight loss kinda thing.....
So i am looking at ways of introducing into my current eating habits... Has anyone tried it or looked into it etc??
Its more about what you SHOULDN'T eat and as I am O that is pretty much any grain or dairy... hhhmmmmm doesnt leave me with a whole of options....
