I have been really lazy this month, but something seems to be working. My waist measurement is the lowest it's been since we started to measure it a couple of months ago, and my lowest weight for the month was 55.6kg, down from last month's 55.8kg. Hooray!

I know I say this every month, but hopefully next month I will be stricter and better
