weigh in wednesday! 1.5 down! 64.5kg.
and my gym is closed for some reason until further notice

No change for me. Exactly the same as at the start of the month..
Not the best result, but better than what I was expecting. I am well and truly in self-sabotage mode now and am eating junk food constantly. Woe is me..

Picked up my dress today! Yay! I can't lose much more weight because it fits so perfectly! So instead I'm going to focus on toning my arms and stomach and just making everything nice and firm.\

i didnt make my 70kg Sep goal

what a rollercoaster!

I dont know what happened...

I started at 72.6

week 1 went to 73.3

week 2 down to 71.1

week 3 down to 70.7!!!!

week 4 up to 72.4!

now I am 71.7

what the hell? I cant explain this I am really upset with myself, i was so close to my goal mid month!

so because i failed my target this month I now have more to lose next month any suggestions ladies what i can do?

Keep at it! Sometimes I find I will not lose anything (or really minimal) then the next week I will have a good number. Try adding a bit extra to your exercise if possible, every little bit counts!
