I'm sticking to 1200 cals with MFP at the moment (and ignoring the cals I gain from exercise) and finding it pretty easy - I've discovered WW brownie bars (88 cals) and they're so perfect for my 3pm sugar craving.
My excitement for today - I totally just faced my fear of quinoa!! It's been in my pantry staring at me and my health nut friend at work has been at me to give it a go and... I did! Tonight I cooked it with water + chicken stock cube, chicken and vegies and oh man it was so good. FH better be prepared to love quinoa when he's back!
Aaand now I'm nibbling birthday chocolate - just balances itself out right?! haha oh well.
I'm going to the gym and feeling really motivated at the moment but I'm finding that morning gym is just making my appetite go crazy! I try and eat breakfast as close to when I leave for work as possible (around 8am) but I'm thinking that I'm going to have to invest in a blender and take a smoothie to fill my epic morning void.
