8 weeks to go! Holy moly!!! That is not long. I think I have to make myself accountable RSI am posting in here. 3kgs would be ideal to lose! My exercise at the moment.
4 days a week
Programme as follows
3 x 15 push ups
3 x 15 tricep dips
3 x 15 squats
3 x 15 lunges
3 x 15 crunches
2 x 60 abdominal curls
In between each exercise I do 130 skips in the jump rope.
I have tried running but resulted in terrible shin splints.
With that and eating well I am hoping I should be able to shed the three kgs in the next 8 weeks!
