What's harder for you?

Healthy eating or exercise?

I find exercise easy, it's just a habit and I enjoy it.

Problem is I also enjoy pizza and baklava from the corner shop on Friday nights :(

I find both hard... :(

I would say food is my true weakness though. I can force myself to excercise most days, but eating right is a real stuggle!

Its a bit of both, but if I had to choose food is definately my problem. I have the best of intentions but then I just have 1 second of weakness and get the worst take out you could imagine. I love Macca's KFC, Hungry's Pizza. Mmmmmm!

Exercise, although I feel lazy sometimes, I dont mind the gym.

im the same food is definantly my weakness but exercise im just so lazy!!

Both are hard but, if I had to pick one, I guess I'd say food is harder. Can't resist the chocolate/ice cream/cake cravings and don't mind the odd take away either :oops:

I have a big problem with both, I have such sweettooth and tend to binge :oops: . But if I had to pick one I'd really have to say excercise. I really don't enjoy it and tend to avoid as much as possible!

Exercise is harder for me.

I'm flat out from 7am to 7.30 - 8pm and the last thing I want to do after that is exercise - eating healthily isn't so hard - I like fruit and veg and don't have a sweet tooth - I have also become very discilpined with food as I used to weigh 30kg more than now.

But exercise is still hard when I'm working flat out :(

Food for me. I try but then FH will bake a yummy cake or want to have popcorn, I always say I won't have any and then I do. With exercise I at least can get into a routine.

Hmm I think I would have to say food too - well just dinners...
I find it really hard to make sure I eat a 'healthy dinner' for me when I am also feeding my little sis (6) and FH. Well i guess its just portion sizes really and the time of night that I eat... I eat a big meal waaaaay too late! Then I go to bed.

Exercise is way harder for me. If I didn't have a dog I don't think I'd do any exercise at all!

Exercise is the easy bit for me, I find it harder to maintain a healthy diet, but Im on working it and seeing and feeling the benefits too...

A bit of both for me! I am an all or nothing person so if the lolly bag is open it is all or nothing.....when it comes to exercise I can be fantasically good one week and then really slack the next for no particular reason whatsoever!

I find food the hardest too - i can get into a routine with exercise so that I do it everyday and it's not so bad cause i only need to find a little motivation to get started and before i know it, i'm finished!

Resisting the temptation of bad foods is a constant thing and never stops and requires unwavering motivation which i, unfortunately do not have! Especially when the work snack box is opposite my office and i can see it from my desk!

Definatly food... i eat way too much junk.. damn sweet tooth. Im an emotional eater.. ill eat cause im sad and ill eat cause im happy.
I dont mind exercising though... but when eating bad food i sorta get in lazy mode at times

Both for me!

I am in the worst situation - massive pig (sweet tooth - chocolate, lollies, ice-cream), plus lazy, plus low metabolism. I have to work VERY very hard to maintain my healthy weight. I'm trying to shed those last 4 kilos and it's very very hard.

Exercise is definitely harder for me, don't get me wrong - I lurve all the bad foods, but I can easily eat nothing but super healty stuff for however long....but motivation to exercise is what I'm lacking!!

I'd go with exercise. I'm very lazy.. and while I can still force myself to do 20-30 mins a day... I find it harder than actually just eating healthy.
