Light cream cheese ??

Is it really bad for you?

I love it (the philadelphia one) mixed with dill on Ham sandwiches.

Is it the same as if I had normal cheese on a sandwich or worse?

Like any cheese really. High in protein & generally high in fat (even the 'light' stuff). Get the light stuff & eat small portions of it. :D

i dont eat marg or butter, so i dont use it to replace that but i do use it instead of cheese. it has half the amount of fat, kilojoules and also protein and then i also use quite a lot less of it than i would cheese cos i am an absolute sucker for cheese. so i think i am helping myself a bit there. my fav snack is 9 grain vitabrits with some philly and tomatoe with some pepper. yum! better than chips and chocolate or jatz and cheese!

Hm, good point I usually use it as a cheese substitute as well so I guess it is an improvement. Thanks :D
