Wow, there are some seriously fancy and drool-worthy dinners on this thread! Agape - I am impressed by your children's tastes and your ability to whip up their gourmet choices every night!

I'm in a lazy cooking phase of late. It will be chicken laksa tonight.

Dh is finally back tonight, so its Japanese cooking! (Pork and beans, miso soup, natto and kimpira asparagus! TBH its so simple, but it scares me! hahaha, thank god for my rice cooker (although I have to make it slightly harder than I like, bloody rice here is complicated!) and my getting slightly better kanji skills! Def western food tomorrow night though! hehehe Im starving already though!

FH is at work so spicy wedges and spicy chips for dinner for me... But they're not spicy enough so we'll add some hot sauce too!

Having 6 of our Italian friends over for dinner tonight, am preparing hand made linguine with meat ragu for entree, then roasted salmon with lemon and pea puree, and almond semifreddo ice cream for dessert. Hopefully it goes ok and I don't burn anything haha!

We had steak and steamed veg - snow peas, broccolini and yummy squash from my Mum's garden. Worked out well because DH cooked! Wouldn't trust me with his steak ;)

I am home alone tomorrow night - any ideas for solo meals? I have a stash of (healthy) lasagne in the freezer but its supposed to be 40 degrees tomorrow so don't know if that will be too appealing?

I've got this in the slow cooker today - Thai chicken, pumpkin and sweet potato curry... it's a winner, I cook it maybe once a fortnight!
