good old bircher muesli (or Jamie's Pukkola recipe) Porridge in winter but only if I have time to cook it on the stove, so much better than the microwave!
Usually if we have friends over and had a big night we’ll do a big breakkie – with egg, bacon, toast (preferably cooked on the BBQ after the bacon!), cheese kransky, baby spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms! Doesn’t happen as often as I’d like…
Light and tasty cereal with soy milk, followed by some two fruits... Though today I made a massive fruit salad with rockmelon, nectarines, plums, strawberries, apples, and grapes... YUM! I love summer fruits!!
On Mon, Wed, Fri (when I run) I have either 3 weetbix and lite white or toast with vegemite on tue and thu I have half a grapefruit and a tub of natural yoghurt. On the weekends I have either leftovers or scrambled eggs and smoked salmon (with hollandaise - yum!!!!).
