This was me as well, I couldn't believe it. I kept saying no No Nooooooooo surely NOT! I thought I had pretty bad eating habits until I watched tonight. I can't wait to see them all turn their lives around.

Oh and surely the trainers are going to be on the toilet for weeks

I wonder if they exaggerate it a bit for shock factor? I mean, no doubt they eat badly but some of that stuff was down right ridiculous.

I was thinking the same thing, but at the same time if it was me I would probably do the opposite and be on my best behaviour and play it down  Now that is a scary thought!

I too thought perhaps it was an exaggeration - I mean who melts an entire wheel of camembert on their sandwich??

although for a female to get to 120kg + they must have pretty poor eating habits so maybe it is true.

I thought it's really degrading that they have to weigh in in front of family & friends but maybe it's to crush their psyche so they don't put the weight back on?

I hate the new trainer, she's sooooooooo annoying.

If she says "I treat my body like a temple and she uses her like a nightclub" I will scream

Yeah I thought it was tonight too!

Can't wait to see, considering they would never normally eat ANY junk food!

I've just watched an Encore ep where they weigh in.

The women of the white team crying - pah! I'm heavier than the lot of them. Surely they had some understanding of being that heavy?

If FH found out I dropped to 130 he'd cry in happiness! PAH! This show gets on my nerves so much!

I'm now 142, but I've also been knocked back from that show twice in the past...so I'm allowed to go PAH!!

Does anyone else think that the trainers weight gain tonight was a little bit amped up?
Either they never eat which i find hard to believe to maintain the kind of muscle mass they have or they gained 1 or 2 at the most and the show added some extra on for good measure. :e_think:

I missed Tiffany and Shannon weigh in. What did they weigh?

I was thinking the same thing too Jess, it's got to be fluid and bloating. no one puts on 5kg of fat in 1 week, either way it highlights the destruction to the body.

I only had 1 glass of red while watching the show and 1 bowl of pasta. hopefully i'll start to see the effects of the show soon on me :D haha
