Hi girls
I too am getting married in May 2011, we have only just chosen a venue in brissy and decided on 21 May. Where abouts are you girls? anyone else in Brissy?
It all feels a bit more real now that we have chosen the date and venue. Not really sure where to go from here....there is so much to think about!!!

I'm not in Brissy, a bit further up at Hervey Bay (near Fraser Island).
I haven't yet booked my venue (we have an appointment on Saturday with the functions manager for one of the potentials), but have bought a few little bits and pieces (favour boxes, napkins, earrings etc) and have been looking at ideas for BM dresses - I think I have made a decision there. I have also decided on my wedding dress and will probably be ordering it very soon. At the moment I am working on my Save-The-Date cards, which is exciting!
Have you got any ideas as to what you want to do? Theme, colour/s, etc?

I am May 2011 too, on the 28th. We will be married on our 7 year anniversary in brissy.

I haven't got too much planned yet, other than photographer and i know where we are having ceremony & reception i just haven't booked yet, which i need to hurry up and do. we are on a budget and in cairns most places charge alot!!
