I'm the same as you JessieK, no honeymoon (yet!) We will have a few nights away at the other end of the state (we live in Tassie so nothing is that far away ) there are a few adventure type things we've wanted to do for awhile, the big slide at the Dismal Swamp (sounds dreadful I know but if you google it, it's pretty) and also the Treetops adventure which is like a massive flying fox through the treetops of a forrest! So we'll head to the East Coast for a few romantic nights then up north for a bit of adventure then back home to the kiddies, in a couple of years we are planning a big overseas trip with the kids, but we want the kids to be a bit older before we go so that they can enjoy themselves.

Hi Everyone! I am coming to join you, my wedding is March 10

I am jealous of all these honeymoons.. I am not going on one, as my fiances family from Ireland will all be visitng so we dont want to up and leave them..!
Plus I have a holiday planned for this october... a pre-honeymoon except my whole family is coming so it doesnt count

oh yay! Its a popular date it seems =) I got engaged the same month as you too heheh!

Our wedding is about an hour and a half from our house, we we are going to stay in a nice hotel there for a few days so thats aaaaalmots a honeymoon

I have spent the afternoon playing around with our invitations but I can't come up with anything that I am 100% happy with. The fonts just look wrong! I have tried to get some inspiration out of the DIY invitation threads but all my ideas arent coming together. Is everyone else DIYing invitations?? I'm beginning to have second thoughts

I am DIYing mine too, do you have any pictures of the style you are trying to make?

Mine won't be that fancy I got everything from cards and pockets, I know how I want them to look so I will do a mock up soon when I can find some time hopefully I don't change my mind once I've got one done! I brought enough stuff to do the invitations, pockets for the blank CD's to put on the tables (for people to take and burn their photos on for us) and to do the place cards.

Hi ladies!

I'm coming to join you all! I'm getting married on March 11!

I'm from Melbourne and we're getting married at St. Michael's in the city and the reception is at Sumac in the Docklands. I've ordered my dress and bridesmaid dresses, booked photographer, hair & makeup, flowers, centrepieces, cake, DJ, caterers! I've designed my invites and thank you notes and place cards...I got my place cards printed by vistaprint as business cards and they look great - so happy with them! Am going to get my invites printed by zazzle cos their paper quality looks a lot better than vistaprint.

We're booking our honeymoon this week - 2 weeks in Sabah, Malaysia
