I can't wait to walk down the aisle! I am a bit nervous that I'll trip over myself (because I'm a klutz, especially when people are looking at me) but I just can't wait to see FH's face when I get to the head of the aisle. I also think I'll be happy crying the whole way down the aisle.

I'm scared that I'll be overcome with emotion and cry when I walk down the aisle - or the opposite will happen and I'll get a massive giggle fit that interrupts the whole ceremony :? There are special times in life when people come together and get into the spirit of love and happiness and I think that weddings are one of these special times, meaning I don't think people will be judging, I think they will be so happy for you and your FH. Just relax, breathe and take each moment as it comes rather than worrying about what may be... (I should take this advice at times!)

Me too.
I was focusing so much on not crying, then the next thing I knew I was standing with DH... and then it was all over in the blink of an eye 8O Just relax... it's all so overwhelming and exciting you'll be fine. Besides a bit of nerves on the way to the church.. but that's all normal! :)

I hate being the focus of attention so it was a bit of a concern for me. On the day............pure magic, the moment had arrived, it was time to walk and the tears of OMG it's now and .................I just cant put it into words but nothing sort of perfect. Its a wonderful moment and all the worries and concerns and fears go.

I'm going to be honest and say that I was pretty nervous walking down the aisle, and pretty much the whole way through the ceremony...There was no magical cure for me, but I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder so I'm kind of a *special* case and as you have seen here it is not the experience most brides have. Regardless, even though it was nerve wracking I got through it and nothing weird or embarassing happened. Looking over my pics you cannot notice that I was sweaty or shaky   i just look like any other happy, smiley bride.

So even if you do feel a little icky (which more than likely you won't  ) you will make it through and at the end of it is the biggest reward ever! :D

BTW, we did giggle throughout our ceremony and it made for some really gorgeous, natural photos!

I'm a bit scared, too!

I'm worried I won't stand up straight or that I will have bad posture.

I've seen on the forums some tips about how to hold your flowers so as not to appear too nervous. This might help?

Yeah I'm concerned about the giggles and the posture
But I figure after nearly 11 years together my Fh would expect that!!
