Hi guys

We are getting married at the rotunda at Killalea (seems very popular) and then having our reception at Addisons. I didn't even think of the Bali flags idea! Might have to look into that :D

Going pretty good! :)
The count-down is well underway, I have just under 4 months to go now, and I'm keen to get as much sorted as possible! Most of the things are done and booked though, there's only a little bit left to do. Thank goodness too because I'd rather stress NOW, than leave it til later and worry about it so close to the big day 8)

Quite happy with my make-up & hairdresser people, I trialled them last weekend to see how it went & leave me plenty of time to get another if I wasn't happy. But they were good, I just am unsure how to avoid a massive headache on the day from all the bobby pins they used in my hair! :/ Gave me a huge achin' head a couple of hours after it was done, due to the tightness I imagine and no less than 67 bobby pins!! Ee-gads :o

Need some ideas for locations for photos for the wedding, the ceremony is at Killalea State Park and reception is at Warila. There is a little bit of time for travelling a shortish distance may be ok.. Also the photographer is from sydney and has no idea of the area either!!

What about down at the harbour at Shellharbour village?

Bit far but Kiama has the light house and some great areas too. Take a drive one day and see what you can find.

'I guess it depends if you want beach/ocean pics or something else.

Does anyone have any good ideas for photo locations for the Northern Wollongong suburbs? Especially if they know the area? :)

We're to be married at Panorama House in Bulli, and were thinking of Bald Hill in Stanwell Park (where the hang-gliders often take off from) as it gives a lovely view down the coast of Seacliff Bridge, and Stany beach down below, and with the sea right behind you as well. BUT I'm concerned about the probability of it being very windy/the exposed nature and no under-cover if it is a rainy day :/

Any ideas? :) We don't have a huge amount of time for photos, about an hour & half including travel time, so we can't go TOO far north or South of Panorama House. I've been racking my brains for months, but I'd love to know if anyone else comes up with anything I didn't know about.

i heard yesterday that Trenz is closing down and that they're having a huge sale. i wonder if they're closing for good or relocating- you'd think it would say 'relocation sale' on their wibndow rather than 'closing down sale' though

my MOH told me she drove past there the other day and that they had 'closing down sale' written on the front windows. i checked if they had a facebook page (they do) and it says they are selling everything off the rack at reduced prices
