Favours can get expensive!!! Think about 160 guests at $3-$4 each! wow... I wish I could spend that much!! Unfortunately we will prob just be getting 3 or 4 chocolate hearts in red foil and putting them in organza bags, cheap and simple...

I'm sorry I will be keeping my bridal plans on the shelf so to speak. A few of my friends are visiting this tread and I want my wedding to be a total surprise for everyone, so I will be keeping it all under wraps for now. Once we are married I will do a show and tell :)

My mum is making it... She's a cake maker... so all our flowers are being handmade with icing and she'll mae one layer choc mud, one caramel mud and one white choc mud! Plus all the designs on the tiered cake in my S&T.
I am so excited she finally gets to make my wedding cake cause I grew up with the BEST birthday cakes...

Yeah I am!
My dad is our celebrant too! Lol.. so we save a little bit on that too... every little savings helps!

Without revealing anything, how are your wedding plans coming along?? Are you finding everything you need within your budget?

That is great.

Yes we've budgeted for $15,000 and have only 45 or so guests coming. We've booked the ceremony spot and reception, bought the engagement ring & wedder, I'm still looking for a dress & shoes + accessories, organised the cars, I'm still looking for a MUA & hairstylist, booked the photograper, know of a celebrant that is very nice, will get a cake from 'cake of your dreams', organised the bonbomiere and invites, table decorations, flowers all done... Not much else to do - Choose the music and poetry - wedding vows & speeches.

I'm keeping that under wraps for now... I want it to be a surprise for my friends and family & I know of at least 3 other people I know are coming to my wedding that visit this forum regularly... Sorry I cannot reveal very much at the moment. I will do a S & T after the wedding.
