How do you call this color ? A light tiffany blue ???

I try to decide color theme, original plan was light sea blue, but now seeing all the stuff I buy leaning toward this color, so now I changed my mind, but dont know how to call this color?

I'd call that a minty green. When I was having difficulty describing the colour I wanted to vendors I went to my local hardware store and picked up some of their paint colour samples (the paper ones not the actual paint) so I could show the vendor exactly. I even left a sample with the cake lady for matching purposes. It worked well for me.

I have heard it called "duck egg blue" or "Tiffany blue."

Pale mint.

Sea Foam?

Lol light green. I think the paint idea is great!
