Easy Honey Chicken

Feeds 2

500g chicken breast
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
splash of water

1. cut chicken into reasonable sized pieces
2. marinate chicken in the soy and salt in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour
3. coat chicken in flour - remove excess
4. cover chicken in egg - remove excess
5. recoat chicken in flour
6. heat oil in pan
7. deep fry the chicken pieces in the oil until golden, and cooked through

To make this a complete and easy meal, i but the fried rice side dishes from the supermarket and make that up to serve with the chicken
