What to bring to a bring-a-plate lunch??

Hi Girls,

My work is having a bring-a-plate lunch on Wednesday and I have no idea at all what to bring!! All ideas welcome. FYI sandwiches, sausage rolls and cakes are taken :D

bruschetta? you could make mini hot dogs with cheerios and dinner rolls...
or maybe mini pizzas?

marinated chicken wings :mrgreen:

I did san chow bow for a work lunch last year, just reheated the mince mixture in the microwave and served in the lettuce cups. It was super popular, and a bit different from the regular pastry based foods.

Too late for the OP, but rice paper rolls...

Or soup for winter - once a week during winter at one of my schools, people are on soup roster....they bring electric pots to heat it up and serve it in cups/mugs
