Lecrueset Recipes

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has some recipes to use in my new French Oven??

I have searched some but alot of them I dont really understand! I am only just getting serious about this cooking business :)

If you want slow cooking recipes try Slow Cooker by Sally Wise, otherwise, can't go past Stephanie Alexander's book the Cook's Companion for general recipes.

There are so many ways to use them, try stews or braised meats, stewed vegetables, soups, etc.

I use mine a lot for dishes in winter like slow cooked chicken in tomato, rabbit or beef braised in red wine. Also perfect for dishes like chicken cooked in wine (coq au vin).
Also lovely for stewing fruits or poaching pears, one of my favorite desserts!

There have got to be thousands of recipes for using Lecrueset. I would probably go for stew type meals :D
