They look absolutely lovely!! :D Can't believe you made them yourself, I made them once and it was a bit of a disaster!

I am addicted to macarons and was thinking of having a tower of them for our wedding cake as well. We ended up ordering a traditional cake instead however when enquiring with Lindt in Sydney about their macaron towers, they were saying they will last 3-4 days in the fridge ok. They should be served at room temperature though.

My sister has been busy making these...our fave is salted caramel so far!
