My Dietician has me on a low FODMAPS diet and I am struggling for ideas.
no gluten (ie wheat, rye, barley, oats)
no lactose (hard cheese is ok)
minimum broccoli (i love brocolli )
every sauce / marinade has onion and garlic in it
I feel like i am going to be living on plain meat and potatoes!
I love marions brand thai green curry and thai red curry but they have garlic!
