I'm a high protein/low carb diet gal, so I'll have one of the following:
- protein shake made with 1 scoop whey protein powder, 100g no fat yoghurt, 30g frozen berries or frozen banana (I had this today, but added frozen peaches
- 'protein porridge' made with 1/2 cup oats mixed with 3 egg whites, tsp flaxseed oil, 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 'protein pancakes' made with 1/2 cut oats blended with 1/2 cup cottage, 3 egg whites, 1 scoop protein powder, tsp baking soda, and a sprinkle of berries on top while cooking...mmmmmm...
- 6 egg white omelette with onion, capsicum, spinach & pepper, with a sprinkle of low fat cheese.
I'm sooooo hungry now after talking about food!!! Lol!
